Head of Academics

Head of Academics Create the academic vision for the future qualifications and programmes focused on the College's core values and brand promise. The Head of Academics will work with the leadership team to ensure that we maintain an exceptional student experience across all disciplines. Responsible for the quality and standards of both the current and the future qualifications and programmes. Forging strong partnerships with industry and accreditation authorities and will need to optimise and refine the academic portfolio to ensure alignment with the College's strategic goals. This will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive academic strategy, ensuring that all academic programmes are of the highest quality, and that the College's academic reputation is enhanced. The Head of Academics will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of academic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programmes. This role will require a deep understanding of the College's academic landscape, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions about the future direction of the College's academic programmes. The Head of Academics will be expected to work closely with the College's leadership team, academic staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the College's academic vision is realised.
