As Head of IT (m/f/d), you will lead our internal IT with strategic foresight and operational proximity to daily business. You will further develop people, processes, and technologies, ensuring that our systems, applications, and digital innovations sustainably contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities
- You will lead our four-person IT team, set priorities, make decisions, and operationally support your team in daily business when necessary.
- You will be responsible for our IT, from the server and network landscape to Microsoft 365 and Azure, to our central business applications (Dynamics 365, Sage, D.3 document management).
- You will be the point of contact for the departments, evaluate requirements, and find solutions that work in everyday life.
- You will manage our IT budget, licenses, and external service providers, and decide which solutions are sensible for Windhoff.
- Together with management, you will further develop the IT and AI agenda and implement projects related to infrastructure, information security, and data protection.
- You will further develop our internal data and reporting platform based on Microsoft SQL with SAP BO, Power BI, and Fabric.
Qualifications
- You have completed a degree in an IT field or have acquired comparable practical experience in a similar position.
- You have several years of experience in IT operations and have already been responsible for teams, projects, or larger IT topics.
- You are familiar with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure and feel at home in hybrid IT environments.
- Business applications such as Dynamics 365 or Sage do not deter you. You don't need to be able to customize them in detail, but you should understand how such systems interact within the company and what data they contain.
- You have already had contact with information security and data protection, ideally also with ISO 27001 or TISAX.
- You work in a structured manner, think economically, and can explain technical topics understandably.
- German language skills at C level and good English language skills complete your profile.
