Job Location: Howrah, Kolkata Designation: Head Mechanical Engineer Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 Years About the Role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Mechanical Engineer to lead and supervise two manufacturing factory units located in Howrah. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for production, quality assurance, and coordination with marketing to ensure high-volume output while maintaining strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Head and supervise operations of two manufacturing factory units; Ensure timely and efficient production processes; Coordinate with marketing team to meet customer demands; Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high-quality products; Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in MS Office applications.
