Head Marketing

Summary of activities: Development of Action Plans: - Elaboration of action plans together with the Marketing Manager to achieve the company's marketing goals; - Definition of marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive sales; - Development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support the company's sales efforts; - Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing actions; - Identification and analysis of market trends and competitors; - Development of reports and presentations to communicate marketing results to stakeholders. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; - At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sectors; - Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Fluency in Portuguese and English.
