Head (Manpower Planning)

What the role is: The Aviation Industry Division seeks to support the development and transformation of Singapore’s air hub, to ensure its continued growth and competitiveness, and to provide quality jobs in the sector. What you will be working on: The role leads a team of 2-3 policy officers to (i) formulate and implement medium to long-term air transport sector manpower planning strategies and initiatives; (ii) manage CAAS’ manpower funding policy and grants to support workforce transformation and development, as well as to ensure the availability of skilled and qualified aviation professionals in Singapore. What you will need: A degree in a relevant field such as human resources, business administration, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think strategically, and have a strong understanding of the aviation industry.
