Job description

Title - Head – Leadership Center of Excellence (CoE) Location - Bangalore Role Purpose We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Leadership Center of Excellence (CoE) . This role is responsible for designing, governing, and scaling enterprise-wide leadership development strategies that build a strong leadership pipeline, enable business transformation, and drive long-term organizational performance. The position ensures leadership capability is future-ready, inclusive, and aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize leadership development needs across the organization. • Designing and delivering high-impact leadership programs that drive business outcomes and build organizational capabilities. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR partners, and other business leaders. • Providing thought leadership and expertise on leadership development best practices and trends. • Ensuring the CoE is a center of excellence for leadership development, innovation, and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have: • A strong track record of developing and implementing successful leadership development programs. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience in a similar role or as an HR business partner. • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in leadership development, HR, or a related field. • Certification in a relevant area (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is desirable.
