Main responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of the lactate production process.
• Organization and management of personnel in the section.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Implementing technological procedures and production plans.
• Collaboration with project management for developing the Tradiții Bucovinene brand.

Requirements:

• Higher education in food engineering.
• We accept candidates without direct experience or with managerial experience in production.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organization skills.
• A desire to contribute to the development of a traditional brand with natural and high-quality products.
