The opportunity
Are you a Recruiter or Headhunter looking for a platform that offers you constantly new selections to work on, without having to worry about commercial activity?
With CherryTime, you can collaborate with Italian and European companies and multinationals, manage your activities remotely, and monetize with success fees from €1,000 to €10,000 per each placement concluded with your candidates.
Your responsibilities
- Define scouting strategies independently
- Select, qualify, and present the best candidate profiles
- FOLLOW UP on candidates throughout the selection process
- SUPPORT clients in managing their talents
Requirements Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Freelance already active or ready to start (VAT number or equivalent status)
- Good familiarity with digital tools, online platforms, and social networks
- Soft skills required: precision, responsibility, relational skills, listening, curiosity, autonomy, availability
