Head - Global Business Services

Role The GBS/GCC leader will define and execute the strategic roadmap for Global Business Services, transforming shared services from a cost center to a value creation engine for the enterprise. This role ensures operational excellence, drives digital transformation in FAO and HRO, and builds strong partnerships with global business leaders to align the center's capabilities with overall business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute the GBS/GCC vision, HRO strategy, and operating model that supports the company's growth ambitions. Leverage data analytics and process improvements to drive efficiency gains and cost savings. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize initiatives that deliver value to the enterprise. Build strong relationships with global business leaders to align the center's capabilities with overall business objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's strategic priorities, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the organization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include: - GBS/GCC operating model effectiveness; - FAO and HRO digital transformation progress; - Partnership development with global business leaders; - Cost savings and efficiency gains achieved. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a shared services organization. Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and technology. Proven track record of driving digital transformation and process improvements. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
