Head Financial Officer

We are looking for a motivated Head Financial Officer to lead the Accounting and Finance department with experience in bank negotiation and credit capture. The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills and be able to guide the team to achieve financial goals.

Main responsibilities

• Negotiate credits and seek financing alternatives;
• Lead the Accounting and Finance department;
• Monitor the company's financial performance;
• Manage the budget and cash flow of the company;
• Implement improvements in the financial process;
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Lead a direct team;
• Ensure compliance with annual audits performed by external institutions;
• Coordinate internal accounting operations in collaboration with external advisors;
• Report and present financial results to the board.

A successful Head Financial Officer should have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• Experience in a leadership role;
• Strong financial management skills;
