Head / Executive Chef - Catering - $100-120K Super

An opportunity for an experienced catering chef to step into a senior leadership role within a highly modern, innovative, and systems-driven catering business. Operating Monday to Friday, this role oversees a large culinary operation delivering primarily corporate catering, alongside events, large-scale functions, and bespoke offerings.

Reporting to the Culinary Director, you'll lead a team of 30+ chefs across multiple production kitchens and full-service catering facilities. This is a role for a versatile, organised, and people-focused leader who can balance culinary creativity with structure, consistency, and operational excellence.

About You
This role is suited to a Head or Executive Chef with explicit catering experience and a strong background in structured, high-volume environments. You will bring:

• Proven leadership experience in catering operations (essential)
• Ability to manage large teams across multiple production kitchens
• Broad culinary skillset with versatility across cuisines and service styles
• Strong understanding of systems, processes, food safety, and quality control
• Experience delivering everything from daily corporate catering to large-scale events
• A collaborative leadership style that values culture, retention, and team development
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan, forecast, and execute at scale
