Job Description: Head – Electrical & Instrumentation (Plant Engineering) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E&I Head to oversee all E&I activities, ensuring that design and detailing, are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards for our Plant Engineering Business Unit. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing E&I strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives; • Leading a team of engineers and technicians to design, detail, and implement electrical and instrumentation systems; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of E&I activities with other business units; • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices; • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians; • Developing and managing budgets for E&I projects; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with E&I activities; • Maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
