Head of Engineering

• Define and implement engineering strategies to optimize costs without compromising quality — review of concepts, methods, and construction solutions.
• Create execution standards and technical governance to ensure scalability for future projects of the company.
• Serve as a bridge between project and board/directorate, providing reports, analyses, and executive vision.
• Lead and coordinate outsourced engineering, construction, and inspection teams.
• E nsure that the project is executed within the high standards characteristic of Adamo.
• Structure, in the long term, an internal engineering team according to portfolio growth.
• Support the expansion process — new lands, new fronts of work, technical validation of new businesses.
• Participate in strategic company decisions, bringing technical, analytical, and innovative vision.
• Represent Adamo alongside partners, suppliers, and stakeholders — highly relational profile.

Requirements

• Proven experience in horizontal works (lotteries, condominiums, resorts, houses, urban planning).
• Experience in high-end projects.
• Strong technical mastery in construction, planning, costs, and engineering processes.
• Leadership history of outsourced teams.
• Able to act with the board and councils (reports, indicators, presentations).
• Professionals from MCMV are also welcome, as long as they have strong adaptability to high standards.
• Experience in coastal works, condominium infrastructure, or innovative urbanization solutions.
• Lived experience of engineering leadership in incorporators, constructors, or heavy infrastructure companies.
