At Laboratorios Silanes, we are looking for our next Senior Medical Marketing Manager, who will have the mission to lead the medical-scientific strategy of the portfolio, connecting clinical evidence and therapeutic positioning with business priorities, always under the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

Scope of the position

• Define the multi-therapeutic medical strategy and strengthen the scientific value of the current portfolio and new products.
• Lead Medical Management, New Launches, MSLs, and Scientific Digital Coordination, articulating the relationship with KOLs and internal teams.

What will you do?

• Design and execute the medical-scientific strategy of the portfolio and the Medical Launch Plans for new products.
• Translate clinical evidence, RWE, and medical insights into scientific messages and positioning strategies with business impact.
• Build strategic relationships with KOLs, medical societies, and academic institutions, leading Advisory Boards and continuous medical education.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and R&D, ensuring compliance with LGS, RIS, COFEPRIS, and applicable international guidelines.

✅ What we are looking for in you

• Academic background: Graduated Medical Surgeon; specialty or postgraduate degree in a related field. Master's degree in Health Sciences, MBA, Medical Specialty, or Postgraduate degree in related areas. Certification in Medical Affairs or equivalent.
• Experience: 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and at least 5 years leading Medical Affairs, MSLs, or Medical Management teams, with proven launch experience.
• Required language: Advanced English, including scientific presentations.
• Skills and knowledge: Strategic thinking, talent management, influence, cross-functional collaboration, and results orientation. We value experience with KOL engagement, Advisory Boards, RWE, Veeva Medical or equivalent, IQVIA, and omnichannel strategies.
