Job description

Job Title: Head Coach – Fitness Location: MORROW Flagship, Singapore Department: Exercise & Movement Reports To: Head of Exercise Direct Reports: Group Fitness Instructors, Assistant Coaches Works Closely With: Program Manager, Personal Trainers, Operations, Marketing, Community & Events, Medical and Allied Health Teams About MORROW At MORROW, we are obsessed with alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement . As our Head Coach – Fitness, you will be the leader of our fitness team, responsible for creating and delivering high-energy, engaging, and effective group fitness classes that inspire and motivate our members. You will work closely with our Program Manager to develop and implement new class formats, and with our Personal Trainers to create personalized fitness plans for our members. You will also collaborate with our Operations, Marketing, Community & Events, and Medical and Allied Health Teams to ensure seamless integration of our fitness programs across all MORROW locations. As a key member of our Exercise & Movement team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of our fitness programs, provide mentorship and support to our Group Fitness Instructors and Assistant Coaches, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest fitness trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., exercise science, kinesiology, physical education) or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in group fitness instruction or coaching 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role Strong understanding of exercise science and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to travel occasionally for work-related purposes Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Access to ongoing training and education in the fitness industry Opportunities to work with a talented and passionate team of fitness professionals
