The Head Chef is the operational and energetic anchor of the kitchen team, responsible for creating menus that are not only delicious but also sustainable and regenerative. This role requires a deep understanding of food systems, sustainability, and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including chefs, farmers, suppliers, and guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, people, and the planet, and have experience in managing kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff management. The Head Chef will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, as well as ensuring that all food-related activities are aligned with the property's values and mission.
