Job description
The resource will be inserted within the Hotel and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Operatively lead the team in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring high-quality standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on creating and developing innovative menus aligned with the hotel's philosophy and customer needs
- Coordinate suppliers, prioritizing selection of excellent raw materials, quality, and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with F&B departments to offer a consistent and impeccable service
- Manage budgets, food costs, and provisions with responsibility.
