  We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to join growing restaurant groups across Melbourne. This role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen operations and inspire the team

  • Proven experience leading and motivating kitchen teams

  • Strong management and supervisory background in quality venues

  • High attention to detail with a drive to succeed

  • Strong food knowledge

  • Positive, creative personality that enhances team culture

  • Multi-venue experience highly regarded

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and targets

  • Currently living in Australia with full working rights
