• Lead daily kitchen operations including preparation, service, and closing.
• Create and standardize recipes and SOPs to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
• Develop diverse menus featuring tandoor, curries, biryani, breads, and seasonal specials.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and PPE standards, conducting regular hygiene and safety audits.
• Plan purchasing and manage vendor relations, focusing on inventory and waste control.
• Oversee food cost management, portioning, and productivity of kitchen stations.
• Collaborate with management on pricing strategies, promotions, and enhancing guest experiences.
