Head Bartender (m/f/d)
Job description
- Together with our Head of Bars, inspire and lead the bar team to create an unparalleled bar experience.
- Maintain a cool and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and have fun.
- Mix soft drinks up to refined cocktails that change according to the season.
- You are well-versed in your field and advise our guests.
- Train the bar team continuously in new trends, techniques, and service excellence.
- Maintain and upkeep of the bar equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and quality is not compromised.
- Work with the entire team to ensure both table and bar services run smoothly and properly.
