HCLTech is hiring for OTC Collection - Bangalore Location : Bangalore Shift : UK Shift Experience : Senior customer support representative :1 to 2 Analyst - 2 to 5 Years Team Lead - 5 to 8 Years (Team handling experience mandatory) Responsibilities: Collection of all accounts in the portfolio following the defined collection strategy and accountability of aged receivables as per defined metrics/SLAs Implementation of credit/account management, ascertainment of the payment patterns and, if necessary, identification of potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
