HBO Marketing & Communication Internship

We are Conflux: a network of IT boutiques. We believe in connecting people

and placing the right specialists in the right place. Within our network (which includes

JDriven, Divotion, and BigData Republic), experts excel in their own

fields. They work daily as consultants on challenging projects for leading

organizations such as NS, Alliander, and ANWB. Within Conflux, the brands strengthen each other

in the areas of marketing, communication, recruitment, and sales. Through this collaboration

we continue to grow and make an impact together.

As a marketing and communication intern at Conflux, you will directly contribute to the growth and

positioning of our brand. You will have many opportunities to learn and the chance to truly

make an impact within an organization.

You will, among other things:

● Contribute to the positioning and visibility of Conflux and support

employer branding within tech communities

● Analyze content and channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletters), identify opportunities for improvement,

and contribute to the right strategy and optimizations.

● Ensure strong visibility through events, meetups, and conferences and help

with their organization.

● Make marketing results transparent, analyze and optimize them, and contribute to

process automation (e.g., via HubSpot).

● Conduct target group and market research, test new channels, and translate insights

into campaigns and marketing strategy.

Who are you?

● You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) in marketing, communication, commercial

economics, creative business, or a related field.

● You write flawless Dutch (C1 level) and have an innate sense for applying a professional,

substantive, and modest tone of voice.

● You are independent, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks.

● Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, and event organization is a plus.

● The internship period starts from February 2027.
