Hays - IT Project Manager

Your new role As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating several technical projects both Hardware & software related, from early discussions with customers to final delivery. Your work combines planning, customer interaction and hands-on follow-up. Key responsibilities include: Project initiation Participating in pre-Sales activities together with the Account Managers (assessing feasibility, gathering technical requirements, supporting proposal preparation) Providing input into project plans, resource allocation and risk assessments. Coordinating and controlling project progress through regular meetings and status reports. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. Providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Key qualifications include: Strong understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
