Main tasks
Regular cleaning and maintenance of buildings and outdoor areas
Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems
On-call service
Seasonal tasks such as winter service and garden maintenance
Your profile
Completed apprenticeship as a janitor, building services technician EFZ or equivalent qualification
Sound technical understanding
Experience in dealing with property management companies
Driver's license category B/BE (mandatory or willingness to obtain it)
Hands-on mentality: willing to get involved oneself, solution-oriented and efficient working style
Very structured and quality-conscious working method
Independent work, entrepreneurial thinking, high resilience, reliability
Professional appearance towards owners, tenants, and partners.
