Heating, Climate, Sanitary Technician (m/w/d)

The Konzerthaus Berlin is looking for a motivated technician (m/w/d) to join its technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as electrical and plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate should have a background in a relevant technical field, such as HVAC or mechanical engineering, and have experience with building automation systems. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have good communication skills.

Aufgaben

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures

• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of building systems

• Assisting with special events and concerts at the Konzerthaus Berlin

Qualifikation

The ideal candidate should have:

• A completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant technical field, such as HVAC or mechanical engineering

• Several years of practical experience in the field of building systems and automation

• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and control systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills
