Building Services Technician (m/f/d) Electrical - JobID 26105

• Carrying out inspection tours to fulfill operator obligations and ensure proper system operation
• Functional control and maintenance of supply and disposal technical systems and systems
• Independent execution of minor repairs for quick troubleshooting
• Accompanying, coordinating, and accepting subcontractor services while observing quality and safety requirements
• Utilizing strong communication and organizational skills for coordination with customers, service providers, and internal interfaces
• Support with the setup and dismantling of events in the facility
• Processing and documentation of all relevant work processes via an app on a mobile device
• Working in a regular two-shift system from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an electrician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), plant mechanic SHK (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the inspection, functional control, and maintenance of supply and disposal technical systems and systems
• Experience in carrying out minor repairs as well as in troubleshooting and fault management
• Strong communication and organizational skills for coordination with customers, service providers, and internal interfaces
• High service orientation, reliable and presentable appearance in ongoing customer operations and at events
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday) as well as for flexible and team-oriented deployment
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills are an advantage
