Tasks

• You ensure that our technical systems function flawlessly and take over their commissioning, shutdown, and control during the operation of the shopping center Rhein-Galerie Ludwigshafen (RGLU).
• You conduct thorough and forward-looking safety inspections on technical systems, escape routes, and other relevant areas.
• In case of technical malfunctions, you are the first point of contact and take over the initial diagnosis as well as any minor repair work.
• You also coordinate external service providers and accompany external companies during construction measures.

Qualification

• You bring a completed training in a craft (e.g., electrical or gas/water installation) or equivalent qualification, as well as at least two to three years of experience in building management.
• As a skilled all-rounder, you find the right solution together with partners, colleagues, and superiors for all requirements. You approach others friendly and respectfully.
• You take over responsibility for smaller projects, convince through your independent working style, and are willing to work in shift and on-call duty.
• You are digitally inclined and have experience with the MS-Office package.
• Ideal would be if you were also familiar with GLT systems and programs and had basic knowledge of ventilation and electrical systems. Experience with NSHV control systems, emergency power systems, as well as heating and ventilation technology is desirable.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as basic English language skills.
