Building Services Technician (m/w/d)

In collaboration with our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a „Building Services Technician (m/w/d)“.

Duties

• As Building Services Technician (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the technical maintenance and monitoring of building systems in various properties.
• You will also control and monitor systems from the fields of electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology using modern building automation technology.
• In addition, you will accompany maintenance and repair measures and ensure a trouble-free operation of the facilities.
• Furthermore, you will coordinate external service providers and oversee the proper execution of technical services.
• You will also support modernization and renovation projects in the field of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR).

Qualification

• You hold a qualification, for example, as an Electronics Technician for Automation Technology (m/w/d), Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/w/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in the maintenance, repair, or operation of building systems.
• You also have good knowledge of electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology as well as basic knowledge in the sanitary field.
• Furthermore, you work independently and structuredly and possess a Class B driver's license.
