Responsibilities

• As a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), you will monitor and manage the technical building systems and ensure uninterrupted operation
• You will check safety-related equipment and document maintenance and inspection work
• In addition, you will coordinate external service providers and support the procurement of materials and spare parts
• You will undertake general caretaker duties and assist with moves, events, and winter service

Qualifications

• You have completed training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Plant Engineering (m/f/d), HVAC Technician (m/f/d), or have a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Building Technician (m/f/d), Caretaker (m/f/d), or Building Services Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)
• Technical understanding and an interest in managing building technology systems are required
• Furthermore, you work independently, reliably, and in a service-oriented manner
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing are important, as is the willingness to participate in on-call duty
