Our partner company is looking for you as a "Building Technician (m/f/d)". This is a well-known administrative company in the public sector. If you have manual skills and would like to work in a crisis-proof industry with regular working hours, this job is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• As a Building Technician (m/f/d), you will monitor and maintain the technical building systems and ensure trouble-free operation
• You will inspect safety-relevant facilities and document maintenance and inspection work
• Furthermore, you will coordinate external service providers and support the procurement of materials and spare parts
• You will perform general caretaker duties and assist with moves, events, and winter service

Qualifications

• You have completed training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating and Air Conditioning (m/f/d), or have a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Building Technician (m/f/d), Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Caretaker (m/f/d), or Building Services Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)
• Technical understanding and an interest in maintaining building technology systems are required
• In addition, you work independently, reliably, and in a service-oriented manner
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as willingness to participate in standby duty, are important
