These are our current challenges and prospective goals:

You will ensure as a Haustechniker at the location Berlin-Reinickendorf that buildings, facilities, and infrastructure are in good condition and ensure a safe and uninterrupted operation. You will perform minor repairs independently and coordinate external specialized companies if necessary. You will pay attention to order, functionality, and a safe working environment and consistently set standards for occupational safety.

You recognize early where things go wrong, act pragmatically, and ensure that statutory requirements are met in the long term.

In this area, we need your support:

• You will ensure a smooth operation of our buildings and technical facilities on site and coordinate measures with the Site Lead as needed.
• You will plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations independently or with external specialized companies and monitor heating, ventilation, sanitation, and sprinkler systems.
• You will implement projects in renovation, energy efficiency, and technical optimization independently and keep an eye on budget and time frame.
• You will take over floor management and service provider steering, manage contracts, and coordinate external partners efficiently and reliably.
• You will ensure safety and HSE with technical knowledge and orderliness for a safe site, set HSE measures in place, conduct training sessions on occupational safety, and serve as a point of contact for safety-related topics.

You bring the following experiences:

• You have completed an apprenticeship in building technology, facility management, or maintenance or possess a comparable qualification.
• You approach challenges with technical understanding and handiness, acting pragmatically and solution-oriented.
• You ideally have several years of experience as a Haustechniker, Hausmeister, or in facility management, preferably in a logistical or production environment.
• You use MS Office confidently, communicate sovereignly in German at least C1 level, and possess English skills at least B2 level.
• You are familiar with building regulations, labor laws, and fire safety regulations as well as the Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure HOAI.
