Building Services Technician (m/f/d) Wanted – Full-time | Munich | Permanent

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Building Services Technician (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You will holistically manage technical systems and buildings and ensure smooth operation
• You will carry out inspections, maintenance, and minor repair work and independently resolve faults
• Furthermore, you will monitor the functionality of building services systems and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and agreed quality standards
• Additionally, you will support the coordination of technical services and ongoing property management

Qualifications

• A completed apprenticeship as an HVAC technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), electronics technician for operational technology (m/f/d), or electrical installer (m/f/d) forms the basis
• You already have relevant professional experience as a building services technician (m/f/d), building services field technician (m/f/d), HVAC technician (m/f/d), or electronics technician for operational technology (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of technical building equipment and ideally experience with building management systems (BMS)
• In addition, good MS Office skills and confident use of digital work tools are advantageous
• Service orientation, personal responsibility, reliability, and a Class B driver's license are important
