Building Services Technician (m/w/d) sought – Full-time | Munich | Unlimited

In collaboration with our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you to join us as a „Building Services Technician (m/w/d)“.

Duties

• You will oversee technical installations and buildings comprehensively and ensure smooth operation
• You will conduct inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs, and resolve issues independently
• In addition, you will monitor the functionality of building services installations and take appropriate measures in case of deviations
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and agreed quality standards
• You will also support coordination of technical services and ongoing facility management

Qualifications

• The foundation is a completed apprenticeship as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) or Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d)
• You already bring relevant professional experience as a Haustechniker (m/w/d), Servicetechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) or Elektroniker Betriebstechnik (m/w/d)
• You have knowledge of technical building equipment and ideally experience with building automation technology (GLT)
• In addition, good MS-Office skills and a secure handling of digital working tools are advantageous
• Important are service orientation, self-responsibility, reliability, and a driver's license of class B
