Building Services Technician Facility Management (m/f/d) - Full-time | Permanent position | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Building Services Technician Facility Management (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the building services systems and ensure smooth building operation
• As a contact person, you will support employees, customers, and external service providers in all matters of facility management
• You will independently carry out maintenance and repair work and take care of the upkeep of the outdoor facilities, including winter services
• You will coordinate external craft and maintenance companies, monitor their assignments, and accept the work performed
• Furthermore, you will support meetings and events by preparing rooms and operating media technology

Qualifications

• The basis for this is a completed technical or craft apprenticeship, for example as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK) (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Janitor (m/f/d), Building Services Technician (m/f/d), or Facility Manager (m/f/d)
• You have good knowledge of technical building operation as well as experience with common MS Office applications
• An independent, careful, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, characterize you
• Fluent German language skills and a Class B driver's license complete your profile
