Building Services Technician Facility Management (m/f/d) - Full-time | Permanent position | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Building Services Technician Facility Management (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), you will oversee building services systems and ensure smooth building operations.
• As a point of contact, you will support employees, customers, and external service providers in all matters of facility management.
• You will independently carry out maintenance and repair work and take care of the upkeep of outdoor areas, including winter service.
• You will coordinate external craft and maintenance companies, monitor their assignments, and accept the work performed.
• Furthermore, you will support meetings and events by preparing rooms and operating media technology.

Qualifications

• The basis for this role is a completed technical or craft vocational training, for example, as a sanitary, heating, and air conditioning systems mechanic (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you bring professional experience as a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Janitor (m/f/d), Building Services Maintenance Technician (m/f/d), or Facility Manager (m/f/d).
• You have good knowledge of technical building operations and experience with common MS Office applications.
• Independent, diligent, and solution-oriented work style, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills, characterize you.
• Fluent German language skills and a driver's license class B complete your profile.
