Building Management Technician (m/w/d) - Full-time | Permanent Employment | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as a „Building Management Technician (m/w/d)“.

Duties

• As Building Management Technician (m/w/d), you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of building systems
• As a point of contact, you will support colleagues, customers, and external service providers in all matters related to building management
• You will independently perform maintenance and repair work and take care of outdoor areas, including winter services
• You will coordinate external tradespeople and maintenance companies, monitor their activities, and inspect the completed work
• In addition, you will prepare rooms for meetings and events by setting up the space and operating audio-visual equipment

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed technical or vocational training, such as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektriker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• You may bring experience as a Building Management Technician (m/w/d), Building Manager (m/w/d), Service Technician for Building Technology (m/w/d) or Facility Manager (m/w/d)
• You have good knowledge of technical building operations and working with common MS-Office applications
• You possess independent, meticulous, and solution-oriented work habits, as well as strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• You also have fluent German language skills and a Class B driver's license to round out your profile
