Job description
Your Tasks:
- You are responsible within internal guidelines for the electrical installations in our METRO market, as well as ventilation, climate control, industrial cooling and sanitary installations.
- You ensure the building safety of our customers and employees, as well as fire protection.
- You perform general manual work tasks.
- You coordinate and control maintenance and repair works.
- You obtain quotes from specialized companies and negotiate these in consultation with the market leadership.
- You are responsible for complying with official regulations and administering inspection reports.
