Housekeeper/Technical Facility Coordinator (m/w/d)

To ensure the smooth operation of our headquarters in Munich, we are looking for a practice-oriented Hausmeister/Technical Facility Coordinator (m/w/d) who ensures the technical condition of our premises, supports daily operations, and accompanies renovation projects.

About the role

• Safeguarding the smooth technical operation (infrastructure, supply, security)
• First point of contact for technical matters
• Carrying out small repairs/electrical work and coordinating external craftsmen, suppliers, and landlords (m/w/d)
• Supporting renovations and maintenance
• Furniture assembly and support during relocations and internal site changes
• Maintaining compliance with fire safety (work safety) and documentation

About you

• Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, building technology, etc.) and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of building maintenance, electrical engineering, and craftsmanship
• Strong communication skills in dealing with service providers and landlords
• Fluent German (C1+); English is an asset
• Safe handling of MS Office; AutoCAD/Ticketing is advantageous
• Organized, solution-oriented, and resilient
• Team spirit, as well as physical fitness (safety, up to 15 kg lifting)
