Caretaker (m/f/d) - Full-time | Potsdam | Monday - Friday

On behalf of our partner company in Potsdam, we are looking for you as a "Caretaker (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Tasks

• As a caretaker (m/f/d), you will perform maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on buildings and technical systems
• In addition, you will monitor the proper functioning of building technology and independently resolve malfunctions
• You will also coordinate external service providers for larger projects and ensure the quality of execution
• Furthermore, you will undertake inspection rounds, maintain outdoor areas including winter services, and ensure order in the property
• Additionally, you will document work, report repair needs, and support technical property management

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training in a skilled trade, e.g., as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK) (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have knowledge and professional experience as a caretaker (m/f/d), building technician (m/f/d), facility manager (m/f/d), or in a similar field
• You also work independently and in a structured manner and are characterized by a strong service and customer orientation
• Furthermore, you have basic IT skills, especially in handling MS Office
• In addition, you possess a driver's license class B and convince with teamwork and communication skills
