Janitor (m/f/d) - Full-time | Potsdam | Monday - Friday

On behalf of our partner company in Potsdam, we are looking for you as a "Janitor (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As a Janitor (m/f/d), you will carry out maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on buildings and technical systems
• You will also monitor the proper functioning of building technology and independently resolve any malfunctions
• You will also coordinate external service providers for larger projects and ensure the quality of execution
• Furthermore, you will carry out inspection rounds, maintain outdoor facilities including winter services, and ensure order in the property
• In addition, you will document work, report repair needs, and support technical property management

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training in a trade, e.g., as a Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic (m/f/d), Electrician for Energy and Building Technology (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You also have knowledge and professional experience as a Janitor (m/f/d), Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Facility Manager (m/f/d), or in a similar field
• You also work independently, in a structured manner, and are characterized by a strong service and customer orientation
• Furthermore, you have basic IT skills, especially in using MS Office
• You also possess a driver's license class B and impress with your teamwork and communication skills
