Janitor (m/f/d) in the field of Facility Management

Koblenz - Immediate start - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Regularly visiting and servicing our branch locations in the assigned area according to the predetermined route plan

• Performing maintenance and servicing work according to specifications or work orders

• Carrying out minor repairs, e.g., on doors, locks, furniture, shelves, wall and floor surfaces

• Replacing light bulbs and simple electrical and sanitary work (within the scope of the respective qualification)

• Conducting visual and functional checks (e.g., lighting, heating, air conditioning, fire protection equipment, emergency exits, escape routes)

• Identifying defects and damages, documenting them (photos, reports), and reporting them promptly to headquarters or coordinating

• Managing and maintaining vehicle and material inventory (tools, spare parts, consumables)

• Compliance with work safety, fire protection, and accident prevention regulations

Qualifications

• Completed technical training in building services engineering (e.g., sanitary, heating, air conditioning, electrical engineering, or comparable) desirable but not essential

• Several years of professional experience as a Janitor (m/f/d)

• High service and customer orientation

• Dedicated work style combined with communication skills

• Good German language skills paired with reliability and team spirit

• Driver's license class B

• IT skills (especially MS Office, CAFM) desirable
