Property Caretaker (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Carrying out minor repairs independently
• Monitoring water, heating, and ventilation systems (technical rounds)
• Cleaning and maintaining outdoor facilities, operating equipment and machines
• Providing waste containers
• Support for winter services
• Contact person for small issues of our tenants
• Accomplishing tasks with a ticket system
• Activities in a springer function, changing but fixed objects
• Availability 24/7 for the objects, monthly rotation

Qualification

• You ideally have completed vocational training.

• Reliability and sense of responsibility shape your working style.

• Customer orientation is at the top of your priorities.

• Good German language skills in writing and speaking complement your qualifications.

• You possess a Class B driver's license.

• You have PC knowledge and can apply it

• You are eager to join a young, dynamic team
