Our partner company in Munich is looking for you as "Housekeeper (m/w/d)".

Duties

• As Housekeeper (m/w/d), you are responsible for preparing and caring for events, including setting up and dismantling teaching and seminar rooms
• You conduct regular building and room inspections, monitor storage areas, and receive goods deliveries
• You coordinate and control external service providers such as cleaning companies or tradespeople and ensure the compliance of quality and safety standards
• You take on minor repairs, maintenance work, and cleaning tasks independently and ensure order and cleanliness throughout the entire building
• In addition, you are responsible for maintaining technical equipment, conducting regular device tests, and supporting colleagues with technical questions

Qualification

• You bring an education in a craft or technical profession, such as electrician (m/w/d), mechanical engineer for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology (m/w/d), carpenter (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification as building technician (m/w/d) or housekeeper (m/w/d)
• You possess manual skills, technical understanding, and ideally already have experience in the housekeeping profession, building technology, or facility management
• You are characterized by reliability, organizational talent, and a structured and independent working style
• You have secure German language skills
