We are looking for technical facility managers (m/w/d) for direct employment at various locations, particularly at these sites:
Aachen, Aalen, Berlin, Braunschweig, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Erlangen, Essen, Frankfurt, Freiburg, Hamburg, Jena, Kassel, Köln, Mannheim, München, Neuss, Nürnberg, Regensburg, Stuttgart, Ulm, Weimar, Würzburg
With whom you will support our customers: You are as a technical facility manager (m/w/d) in a fixed customer object installed
You operate and maintain building technical systems
You perform maintenance and repair work
You are responsible for troubleshooting and elimination of errors, fault diagnosis and repair, safety and functional checks

What is expected: A successfully completed vocational training as:
Electronics technician (m/w/d)
Electrician (m/w/d)
Mechanic for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (HKLS) (m/w/d)
Central heating and ventilation engineer (m/w/d)
Gas and water installer (m/w/d)
A first professional experience, preferably in Facility Management would be advantageous
