On behalf of our partner company in Berlin, we are looking for you as a "Building Services Technician (m/f/d)" at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities

• As a Building Services Technician in building services (m/f/d), you will manage buildings and technical systems and ensure reliable operation.
• In addition, you will carry out regular control and inspection rounds and identify technical faults at an early stage.
• Furthermore, you will undertake minor repairs and support the maintenance and upkeep of building services.
• In addition, you will report and coordinate necessary repairs and coordinate with the responsible property management.

Qualifications

• The basis is a vocational training, for example as an installation mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning (SHK) (m/f/d), an electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), or a mechatronics technician (m/f/d).
• Experience as a Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Technical Building Manager (m/f/d), or Installation Mechanic (m/f/d) in managing buildings and technical systems is particularly suitable.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, or electrical engineering.
• In addition, you have basic IT and MS Office skills as well as a driver's license class B.
• Manual dexterity, an independent and structured way of working, and a strong service and customer orientation are important.
