This is your area of activity: Cleaning, maintenance and control of outdoor facilities
Performance of smaller maintenance and repair tasks
Care and maintenance of the vehicle fleet
Taking over errands, driving services and transportation tasks
Accompanying, caring for and controlling external companies during maintenance and repairs
General housekeeping and technical tasks on company premises
Support in building management and with technical disruptions



This is what you bring: Class B / BE driver's license, preferably also C1
Techincal and manual skills as well as physical stamina
Reliability and high awareness of order, cleanliness and quality
Independent, structured working style and sense of responsibility
Teamwork, willingness to act and flexibility
Experience as a housekeeper, technical assistant, all-around handyman or newcomer welcome
