Hardware Developer (m/f/d) – Power Electronics

For an established industrial company, we are looking for reinforcement in hardware and electronics development.

You will develop analog and digital circuits for power electronic systems and accompany the entire process – from concept to series production.

Tasks

• Independent development of electronic components and assemblies for power electronic systems

• Implementation of technical concepts from computer-aided design to series production

• Design, calculation, and simulation of analog and digital circuits, taking thermal requirements into account

• Creation of circuit diagrams and PCB layouts as well as commissioning at assembly and system level

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including requirements documentation, in compliance with relevant development standards and norms

• Technical support of existing series products, processing of obsolescence issues, and support in quotation preparation

• Technical coordination and management of internal and external suppliers

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering

• Experience in the design and development of electronic components and assemblies of comparable complexity

• Knowledge in the development of analog and digital circuits; experience with complex PCBs is an advantage

• Proficient in the use of EDA tools, especially Altium Designer, as well as relevant simulation software, for example, SPICE-based tools

• Very good technical understanding, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics

• Independent, structured way of working, initiative, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
