To redefine thermal waste processing and fundamentally increase efficiency in the waste industry. With our groundbreaking AI technology, we actively contribute to securing a sustainable energy supply for Europe.

We are looking for a Hardware Systems/Integration Lead (m/w/d), who takes over responsibility for our hardware initiatives – from strategic planning to integration and building new systems to supplier management. You want to creatively support the hardware team and actively participate in our scaling phase? Then you're exactly right with us.

Aufgaben

  • Supplier management: selection, coordination, and development of hardware suppliers
  • Purchasing management: procurement of components, material planning, cost optimization
  • Leadership of system integration, testing, and quality control
  • Responsibility for industrialization and continuous development of our hardware solutions
  • Interface between hardware, sales, and business development – you translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Optimization of our procurement and manufacturing processes

Qualifikation

  • Completed technical degree or training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc. – or comparable practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware engineering, ideally with project leadership, supplier management, and purchasing management
  • Experience in integrating complex systems and coordinating setups on-site
  • Knowledge of CAD/3D modeling (e.g. SolidWorks), manufacturing technologies, and 3D printing
  • Ability to create, read, and implement technical documentation (e.g. E-Plans, R+I Plans)
  • Hands-on mentality, paired with strategic thinking
  • Team player in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2)
  • Driver's license class B

Benefits

  • A meaningful task with tangible impact in the field of sustainable waste technologies
  • Multifaceted technical challenges in a rapidly growing start-up
  • Short decision-making paths, autonomous work, and an engaged team
  • Personal development opportunities and space for your own ideas
  • Modern work equipment and access to workshop, 3D printing, CAD systems, etc.
  • VSOP shares in the company, which enable you to have a direct stake in the company's success
  • From yoga to fitness studio or sauna – with Wellpass, you can recharge after work, as you like

We look forward to your application!
