Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hardware Qualification & Development Engineer. As part of our Equipment Engineering group, you will be responsible for the development and qualification of new hardware products, as well as supporting the maintenance and repair of existing equipment. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and qualify new hardware products to meet customer requirements and industry standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware performance, reliability, and quality. * Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures, test plans, and test results. * Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in hardware development, testing, and qualification, preferably in the semiconductor or display industry. * Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, as well as familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies (e.g., IEC, IEEE). * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Experience with CAD design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). * Knowledge of industry-standard simulation software (e.g., SPICE, COMSOL). * Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
