The role involves ensuring system availability, providing user support, maintaining asset inventory, and supporting secure and reliable IT operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Installation, configuration, and testing of IT hardware and network devices. 2. Monitoring and troubleshooting of IT systems to ensure optimal performance. 3. Providing technical assistance and support to users. 4. Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and their status. 5. Collaborating with the team to resolve IT-related issues. Key Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hardware and networking. 3.
